Khadidja Nemar, advisory Board

Khadidja Nemar is co-founder and Chief Legal Advisor at MENA Rights Group, an NGO that specializes in international human rights litigation for victims of violations in the Middle East and North Africa. Previously, Nemar was a legal regional officer at the Alkarama Foundation in Geneva. She holds a PhD in public international law from the University of Aix-Marseille III, an MA in International Law from Aix-en-Provence University, an MA in International Affairs from Sciences-Po, and BA degrees in Law and Philosophy from Toulouse University. Nemar has been a visiting research fellow at the Maison Française d’Oxford, Oxford University, and a Fulbright Visiting Researcher at Yale Law School. She is a Fellow of the American and Middle Eastern Dialogue at Stanford (AMENDS) and chairs its Working Group on Human Rights and Political Action. Nemar is a French-born Algerian.
